Analytics shows statistics on the most frequently asked questions and the most viewed documents by users.

Questions tab

You can see the rankings of the most frequently asked questions and check the documents which contain the answers to these questions.

Analytics_Questions tab

• Rank: Shows the rankings of the most frequently asked questions.

• Question: Shows users' question log.

• Count: Shows the number of the question retrieved.

• Status: Shows the number of answers presented and the number of unanswerables.

Documents tab

You can check the rankings of the most frequently viewed documents and the list of questions used to retrieve the documents.
