The question history table consists of the following columns:
Request time: Shows the time that search API was requested.
All type: Shows user's types. With this filter, you can view logs of testers and actual users separately.
Query: The list of the questions from users.
Answer: The list of the MRC answers to the questions.
Document: The list of the documents containing the answers to the questions.
